Refund Policy

At becloth.shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a clear and fair refund policy. Please read through the policy below to understand how refunds are processed.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation.

Note: Items marked as final sale or non-returnable (such as personalized or intimate apparel) are not eligible for a refund.


2. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the conditions for a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at becloth.shop@outlook.com or call us at +91 98985 66543. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos (if applicable).

  2. Return the Item: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  3. Refund Processing: After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate your refund.


3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. The amount refunded will be the full purchase price, excluding any shipping fees unless the return was due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

  • If you paid via credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.

  • If you paid via UPI, Net Banking, or PayPal, the refund will be issued to the same account.

  • If you chose Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a refund via bank transfer or another payment method.

Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Sale items or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments, swimwear, etc.) for health and hygiene reasons


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact Us within 5 business days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We will offer you the choice of a full refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on your preference.

Note: If the item is found to be defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault, we will cover the return shipping costs.


6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. If the item is eligible for exchange, please follow the Return Process mentioned above and mention that you'd like an exchange instead of a refund.


7. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been successfully processed.
