Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during peak shopping seasons or holidays.

Business Days: We process orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to cater to your needs. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Standard Shipping:
Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. -
Express Shipping:
Faster shipping, with delivery in 2–3 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order weight, shipping method, and delivery location. The final shipping cost will be shown during checkout before payment is made.

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on orders over ₹1,000 within India. -
Flat Rate Shipping:
For orders under ₹1,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 is applied to orders within India.
Note: International shipping is currently not available. We are working on expanding our services globally and will notify our customers when it’s available.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer the ability to ship to multiple addresses within a single order. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place separate orders for each shipping address.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. becloth.shop is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us immediately at becloth.shop@outlook.com before your order is processed.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take great care in packaging and shipping your items, once a package is handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your tracking number, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
8. Delays
In rare cases, shipping delays may occur due to weather, national holidays, or other reasons beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
